This Returns Policy was last updated in October 2017. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
Honeyburgh offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Under the Consumer Contacts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Some exclusions may apply.
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging, with swing tickets and labels still attached, with its proof of purchase.
Honeyburgh will refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us so we recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar.
